Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sttepa website, mobile application and related ride-hailing services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

The minimum age to use Sttepa is 4 years. You must also be able to accept these Terms under the laws that apply to you. Drivers must meet applicable legal and platform requirements for providing rides. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of Sttepa.

User Accounts

Provide accurate information when creating and using an account, keep it reasonably up to date and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization. We may request information needed to verify an account or a driver's eligibility.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers should provide accurate pickup and destination information, be ready at the agreed pickup point, follow applicable laws and treat drivers and their vehicles with respect. Do not request a ride for unlawful or unsafe purposes or ask a driver to break the law.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers are responsible for maintaining the licences, vehicle documents, permissions and qualifications required by applicable law, providing accurate information to Sttepa and keeping it current. Drivers must operate safely, comply with traffic and transport rules, and treat passengers respectfully. A driver should not accept or continue a ride when doing so would be unlawful or unsafe.

Ride Requests and Offers

Sttepa provides a platform to connect passengers and drivers. A passenger may submit a ride request, including a scheduled ride where that feature is available. Drivers may send offers, which a passenger may accept or reject. Availability and completion of a ride may depend on driver participation, location and circumstances during the trip. Passengers and drivers should check the trip details presented to them and communicate where needed to complete the ride.

Pricing and Payments

Ride-related amounts, if shown, may depend on the details of a particular ride. Review the information presented through the service before proceeding. These Terms do not set a fee, commission or payment method. Any payment conditions that apply to a feature will be presented through the service where relevant.

Cancellations

A passenger or driver may cancel a request or ride, including for a safety-related reason. Cancellation reasons or comments may be requested in the app. Any conditions that apply to a cancellation will be presented through the service where relevant; these Terms do not establish a cancellation fee.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not misuse Sttepa, provide false information, impersonate someone, harass or threaten others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use the platform for fraud or unlawful activity, or create a safety risk. Do not collect another user's information for purposes unrelated to a ride or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Safety, Reports and Blocking

Everyone using Sttepa should act responsibly, follow applicable laws and report concerns through available app features. Users may be able to report or block another user. Sttepa may review reports and relevant account or ride information to address safety concerns. If there is an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services. No platform can eliminate every risk associated with travel or interactions between people.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend or end access to an account where reasonably needed to address a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, safety concerns or legal requirements. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion from Profile > Delete Account in the app, or use the instructions on the public Delete Account page. Any action will be subject to applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Sttepa name, website, app design and related content are owned by Sttepa or its licensors, subject to applicable law. You may use the service for its intended purpose under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit its content or technology without permission except where law allows.

Third-Party Services

Some features may rely on services operated by third parties, such as infrastructure, maps and routing, notifications, verification, file storage or security services. Their terms or privacy notices may apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimers

We aim to provide a useful service, but availability, uninterrupted operation, the acceptance of a ride and a particular trip outcome cannot be guaranteed. The service is provided subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Liability

Any limitation of liability under these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, or removes rights, that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect may indicate acceptance where applicable law permits.
